Maps! My husband is particularly fond of them. I like them and they happen to be in vogue at the moment. This replica vintage map we had framed a while ago. The framing actually cost more than the map.

Most of these maps are for the bedroom at the front of the house. Other travel items like suitcases and a big trunk are featured in this room. More on those later. 
Forget where I saw it recently, but someone had decoupaged/covered a side table’s inset tray with a vintage map. It was very cute, and would do well instead of refinished something…
