Lantern
Use red color yarn.

Use yellow color yarn.
1. ch30, leaving a long strings before and after the chain, so you can attatch it to the top cap of the lantern.
Cap x 2
Use yellow color yarn.

Fasten off, leaving a long string for sewing.
Tassel
Using red color yarn, wrap it 10 – 20 times around 3 of your fingers. Or you can use a cartboard around 5-6 cm wide.
Carefully, take it off and cut the bottom ends.
Take a yellow string (around 15 cm long), make a knot in the middle of the red strings.
Take another yellow or red string (around 10 cm long) and make a knot around all strings, 1-2 cm below the middle, where you made the knot.
Cut all strings on the bottom if they are not even.
Assembly
Attatch the string to one of the caps, and sew it on top of the lantern – R2.
Attatch the tassel to the other cap and sew it to the bottom of the lantern – R18.
Using yellow color yarn, make 6 equal (as much as possible) lines, dividing the lantern.
